Finding a counselor who specializes in the issues you struggle with AND one that you can connect with is challenging. My mission as a licensed counselor in Texas is to help you resolve relational issues with yourself and your partner after childhood or homeschool abuse, relationship loss, and attachment trauma. If these specializations resonate with you but you can’t access care locally in Dallas, secure online counseling (also called telehealth) is a convenient option that allows us to work together despite the distance. The same quality is care is provided but from the comfort of your own home anywhere in the Lone Star State.

A born and raised Texan, I have an innate understanding of the social, religious, and political landscape of the state and am equipped to adapt evidence-based counseling approaches to the cultural landscape they took place in. Making sure you feel comfortable in an online setting and creating a space for you to tell your story in your own words, on your own time, and at your own pace is my priority..

  • 1000%. Research has shown that the benefits of therapy are the same whether delivered in-person or remotely. I have a lot of experience with telehealth and am equipped to help you feel as comfortable as possible right at the start of treatment.

  • Yes! Any counseling approach that we would use in-person can be adapted to an online format with no loss of clinical effectiveness. As a counselor who has conducted telehealth therapy for 4+ years, it is my priority to make sure you feel comfortable and heard throughout the entire process.
